Happy Tuesday everyone! We are so excited to share an interview we did for BOXY Mag, a cool and stylish magazine for foodies! We talk about our favorite chefs, our worst kitchen disaster, and you even get a peek inside our fridge! It’s a beautifully rainy day here in Eagle Rock, and we are celebrating with this incredibly delicious grapefruit cocktail called the Foxy Boxy which we made from their website! The Foxy Boxy 
from BOXY Magazine

3 tablespoons ruby red vodka (Absolut)
1 tablespoon passionfruit purée
1/2 tablespoon grenadine
1 1/2 tablespoons triple sec
1 1/2 tablespoons grapefruit juice

Shake well in a shaker with ice. Strain and serve up in a cocktail glass.
